Uros Lalic
Head Coach
Uroš comes from Serbia, where he began his volleyball journey. He participated in the U20 European Championship and later earned a scholarship funded by HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Scholarship Program, completing his Bachelor’s and MBA degrees at the American University in Dubai, where he also served as team captain. In 2019, he was named Athlete of the Year.
With over eight years of coaching experience, Uroš has worked with athletes of all ages in both indoor and beach volleyball. He believes in a holistic approach that integrates training, nutrition, and mindset—leading a team of professionals dedicated to helping every player reach their best potential on and off the court.
Uros Ubiparip
Coach Uroš brings amazing energy and a holistic approach to every training session. He has been playing volleyball for over 16 years, earning MVP as the Best U21 Outside Hitter in Serbia in 2019. He competed in the Serbian Super League and later in the Macedonian First League, as well as in the CEV Challenge Cup during Champions League qualification in 2020 in Montpellier. Uroš also played on a sports scholarship at the American University of Dubai, where he won a university championship in Greece. Passionate about developing the whole athlete, Coach Uroš focuses on skills, mindset, and confidence — helping players grow both on and off the court
Minja Stanimirovic
Head Coach
Minja is originally from Serbia, where her love for volleyball began at just 7 years old. After competing in Serbia’s national league, she discovered her passion for coaching and has been growing as a coach ever since. For the past five years in the UAE, Minja has been actively coaching players of all ages and levels — from mini volleyball to adults. She loves helping young athletes develop their skills, build confidence, and prepare for college volleyball opportunities all around the world, including Turkey and the USA.
